I think it is always important to state the reason why you are setting these goals and intentions.
My why to create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle is because I am happier when I work out and feed my body healthy foods. I give my body fuel so I can have lasting energy throughout the day. I workout to gain a love connection to my body. I am not working out to look a certain way, but to maintain and grow love toward my body.
My why to create something everyday is because this feeds my soul. I am happy when I create, it makes me feel good and happy. I am doing something for myself that isn’t for the future, but it is for the present.
