This is so exciting and extremely nerve racking for me. I made a YouTube video of me setting up my Fitness Tracker.
Please do not take me too seriously, and also I am not a personal trainer so really I know nothing about fitness really.
At first I was going to write down all of my workouts that I want to do everyday, but I have decided that I am going to write down what I do everyday and then tweak it every week until I come up with a solid game plan.
I had a lot of fun filming this and editing this. I know the audio is kind of funky and there is a lot of background noise because of all the construction going on. I know. I realize this and I understand that this is an issue.
