Weekly Intentions

January 13-19 2020

Aloha and good morning!

We have been seeing some snow here in Seattle and it is such a beautiful and magical time. I don’t think it is going to last very long but it is here and I am enjoying every moment with it.

Now onto the main event, some intentions for this week.

I try to connect my intentions to my goals and resolutions that I set out for myself in the beginning of this year so all of my intentions should help me achieve my goals.

  1. Read. I haven’t been reading for fun lately because I have discovered Stardew Valley and I am hooked. Anyways, I just want to read a little more this week. Incorporate it more into my everyday routine.
  2. Meditate. I have discovered my love for meditating. I get it now. I understand what the hype is all about. It is worth it. Meditating for 5 minutes before bed is a game changer. I want to be more consistent with that this week.
  3. Drink the damn water. Listen… it’s cold. I don’t want to drink water, I want to drink coffee and tea. But drinking the water will get me closer to my health goals and I just need to do it.

I have a lot going on in my life right now but it is all good things. I am excited and I am so happy.
